This year we organize the second edition of the amateur short film contest "Mendi Short"
The competition, with the aim of promoting the talents of amateur video-makers, is international and, like BILBAO MENDI FILM FESTIVAL as a whole, focusing on subjects related to the mountain, including mountaineering, climbing, adventure sports, skiing, ecology, environment, ethnography ... With a maximum of five minutes, the films in competition must be submitted by 15 November, and must have been made this year.
The jury -made up of audiovisual industry recognized professionals- will announce its ruling on December 5, and the winning work will be screened at the Sala BBK during the first weekend of BILBAO MENDI FILM FESTIVAL.
