Thank you for submitting your film to the BBK Mendi Film Bilbao-Bizkaia Mountain Film Festival!
There are already many productions received since we opened the registrations in spring. Many and of great quality. Our most sincere congratulations to each of you for being able to transmit the magic of mountain cinema through your films and your adventures.
In these times, it fully charges our energy batteries to continue working on the preparations for our 13rd edition that will be held between December 4 and 13, 2020 in Bilbao.

Urmuga: the musical mountain traverse of the Basque Country

From July 14 to August 1, the Urmuga expedition will traverse the Basque Country crossing the watershed. Music and mountaineering will merge together with the Et Incarnatus Orchestra and the Mendiak eta Herriak mountain guide agency. Urmuga is a journey that will take place from west to east from the Sierra de Garobel to the Hiru Erregeen Mahaia, traveling along the main mountains of the Basque Country, led by Felipe Uriarte, and steeped in music under the direction of Migel Zeberio, in various places along the route.
